Spam Quarantine: Message Details

From the Message Details page you can:

Release the Message

Releasing a message causes the message to be delivered to your inbox.

To release a message, select Release from the drop-down menu and click Submit. The message is delivered.

If you want to add the sender to your safelist, select Release and Add to Safelist from the drop-down menu and click Submit. The message is delivered and the sender is added to your safelist. Future messages from the sender will not be quarantined as spam.

Deleting a Message

To delete a message, select Delete from the drop-down menu and click Submit. Remember, messages in your quarantine will be automatically deleted after a certain amount of time (set by the email administrator).
